Do you know where to get data on every baseball player who played since 1871? baseball1.com was founded by SABR member Sean Lahman. In the mid-1990s, Lahman created the first online baseball encyclopedia at his Baseball Archive website. Sean recently and generously donated this database to SABR and it's both comprehensive and free!

Sean has really great baseball insight but he's a multi-faceted and multi-talented guy having been in and around the NFL, MLB, NBA, and professional tennis. He's authored several books and was an award winning journalist in northern New York State. Fun to talk with you will enjoy it!
