Vince Wetzel's 'Lose Yourself' has multiple story lines and is a worthwhile read. Think about a modern day player looking to join the 'greatest hitter who ever lived' Ted Williams as the newest member of the .400 BA club. It's been a rough go for A's fans as they watch what will be the final season of play in Oakland. The A's moved there from Kansas City in 1968.

Slated to move to Vegas in four years, (something we are not 100% sure will happen), to a not-yet-sufficient MLB park in Vegas, the A's will play 3 seasons in a not-yet-sufficient park in Sacramento. We talked with Vince about what it's like being an A's fan and why he decided to write a book about the quest for .400 for an Oakland Athletics player.
